I saw the great and small stand before the throne.
Convicted by their deeds into the fire thrown.
All except the ones that were faithful to the Lamb,
In His book of life, part of Heaven's plan,
Every girl and man, faithful to the Lamb

Before His majesty flee the Earth and sky.
Hands that formed the world wipe tears from our eyes
Speaking words of life to him who overcomes,
'I will be his God and he will be my son',
When the human race is run, 'You will be my son'.

        The city needs no temple, the city needs no sun.
        God's glory lights the way. The perfect day's begun,
        In the new Jerusalem.

New Earth and Heaven, the old will pass away,
The bride Jerusalem, where God with man would stay.
The crystal river flows down the central street,
And feeds the tree of life, where love and justice meet,
Here at the Saviour's feet, where love and justice meet.
